Return and Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s our return and refund policy:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@mrgetbuckets.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a full refund. 

Please note that we do not provide refunds if you change your mind on an order. Additionally, sale items or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves directly to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will promptly send you the correct item or issue a full refund.

Returns for Other Reasons

We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing items.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and verify the issue, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
  • For returns due to reasons other than damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
